To lodge a pool safety certificate that abides by Australian Standards and pool regulations, you’ll need to book a pool inspection with a licensed pool safety inspector who can provide you with a certificate of compliance.
They’ll assess if your swimming pool or spa barrier meets the safety standards and guide you through the necessary steps to secure your certificate of compliance. So make sure your pool safety barrier is thoroughly inspected and complete any works required to make it come into compliance.
While deadline extensions may provide you with temporary peace of mind, beware that they can creep up quite quickly. Not all pools are compliant, so any required works will need to be completed prior to the above deadlines. We highly recommend you do these steps as soon as possible. For true peace of mind, contact us at Pool Safety Check today and we’ll take the stress out of the whole process by guiding you through every step.
